QCSW provided all the construction quality control and quality assurance services on the project. Including all structural special inspections, public works installation inspections, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) inspections, fire life safety inspections, elevator and escalator inspections, as well as builders element and building systems installation inspections.
QCSW performed all on-site materials testing and inspection services for the project including those for concrete, PT concrete, masonry, steel, NDT, fireproofing, waterproofing, and anchor bolts.
Construction Testing & Engineering, Inc. was subcontracted through QC Southwest, to provide the follow-on geotechnical services including soil and asphalt compaction testing and inspection. CTE’s laboratory provided all materials testing for the project for concrete, masonry, steel, and fireproofing.
