Kaiser Outpatient Medical Facility

QC Southwest was retained to provide the Testing and Inspection Services for this Kaiser Permanente Outpatient Medical Center. This new 25 million dollar 250,000 square foot second phase consists of two, two-story steel framed buildings. The outpatient medical center is considered unique by offering more services than a typical medical office facility, but less than a hospital. The entry lobby is centrally located and interconnects the second phase buildings with the first phase. The project was developed by Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc.
