Ballpark Village

The 3.5-acre Ballpark Village site is located adjacent to PETCO Park, and represents the largest contiguous and undeveloped land remaining in downtown San Diego.

JMI Realty’s plan calls for a 37-story apartment tower, surrounding low-rise building, upon a three-story (1,214-space) underground parking garage. The project also includes 55,000 square foot of ground floor retail space, and a pedestrian and vehicle thoroughfare. The $250 million dollar project broke ground in April 2015 and is planned for completion of construction in 2018.

QCSW is providing all special inspection for reinforced and post-tension concrete, reinforced masonry, structural steel welding and bolting, non-destructive examination of welds, and fireproofing.
